The administrative assistant will provide administrative support to managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Must familiarize themselves with a variety of field’s concept, practices, and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and emails to ensure that all their duties are completed accurately, in a timely manner and with high quality. Responsible for managing confidential and time‐sensitive material. May be required to direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of department.
University degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A minimum of 2 years working experience in the field or related area with experience in one or more of the following:
