Position Summary: Supervise bakery staff and the daily operation of the Bakery. Mix and bake ingredients to produce breads, rolls, cookies, cakes, pies, pastries, or other baked goods

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Mixing, preparing and baking bread and pastries.
  • Opening the bakery every morning.
  • Arranging the display case in an appealing manner.
  • Crafting and creating new and exciting baked goods.
  • Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time for opening
  • Operating all baking equipment
  • Coordinating and supervising bakery staff

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma from a recognized food service institute or related experience in the food service industry
  • Must have at least 3 years practical Bakery experience
