BANDSAW OPERATOR

KEY FUNCTIONS

Attention to detail is particularly important for Bandsaw Operators because we have high standards of food safety, associate safety and product quality.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cutting and preparing all varieties and cuts of seafood including the safe operation of tools
• Moving seafood from storage to cutting area and returning to coolers
• Training other associates as needed
• Maintaining our high standards for product guidelines in sanitation, freshness, trim and cutting
• Cleaning equipment
• Assisting in other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous meat-cutting experience
• Able to read and write
• Able and willing to interpret, understand and follow instructions and solve problems

Able and willing to work well with others as a team member
