The Business Development Officer is responsible for the development of new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers and suppliers. The Business Development Officer must also ensure that the needs of the suppliers and customers are met. This involves monitoring of activities and performance of staff in handling their assigned duties. It requires identifying the opportunities for growth, recommending solutions for any issues encountered and implementation.
The Business Development Officer is responsible for following up with all suppliers/customers and the collection/delivery/shredding team to make sure that all collections/deliveries/shredding jobs are executed in a timely manner.

In the Event of an Accident
The Business Development Officer shall assist in incident investigation and reporting process, in accordance with HADCO’s SOPs. They will review all accidents with Supervisors and submit a full accident report to the HSE Manager for review who will then submit it to the Executive Chairman. The Business Development Officer will work with Management to ensure corrective actions are taken in a timely manner to alleviate causes.
