Call Center Operator

Job Type: Entry Level

Basic Function: Call Center Operators are required to make follow-up calls to respondents for the purpose of gathering missing information, verification of data and also conduct tele surveys.

Reports to: Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Make follow up calls to respondents persuading them to participate in the research
• Make verification calls to verify the authenticity of data collected
• Make calls to ascertain missing information
• Conduct Tele Surveys

Qualifications;

Persons must possess the following:

• Minimum of five (5) CXC/CSEC subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English Language.
• Computer Literacy skills

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Strong Time Management and organizational skills

• Experience in call center operations would be an assent

• Must be a fluent Spanish Speaker

Knowledge and Skills:

• Candidates must have working knowledge of call center operations. 

• Expertise in Customer service 

• Active listening skills 

• Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems

• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills

• Ability to speak multiple languages, especially Spanish.
