CHANNEL SALES SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Lead, direct, and motivate sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Achieve set targets by working in the field with sales representatives to help close larger sale deals, get new products into existing accounts and qualify sales leads.
• Responsible for the sales of products and the provision of effective customer support and after-sales service.
• Keeping abreast of new developments in the field to maintain a competitive edge and market share.
• Developing and maintaining partnerships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, by selling the Company’s products on a continuous basis to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
• Responsible for identifying customers’ needs, organizing, and delivering continuous growth and profitability of assigned products to an existing customer’s base.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid Class 4 (Heavy T) permit.
• Must have at least 2 years driving experience as a Class 4 Driver.
• Have at least 2 years’ Sales Supervisory experience in Supermarket Wholesale.
• Should be 25 years or older.
• Good communication skills.
• Certificate of good character.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Must be able to produce a 3-point drug test and fit to work.
