Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic recommendations to the C.E.O. and members of the executive management team.
• Develop financial K.P.I.’s.
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Provide financial insight and leadership across the business in order to achieve and / or exceed the organization’s business plans.
• Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the organization.
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Member of a recognized accounting body (ACCA, FCCA, CPA, CMA, ICATT) and / or
• Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
