FOOD BASKET INTERNATIONAL is seeking to recruit a dynamic and innovative individual to fill the position of Clothing Store Manager:

The role and responsibilities of the Clothing Store Manager is to make sure his/her store is meeting the targets and earning profits. Maintaining the overall image of the store and sensibly displaying the merchandise so that it immediately catches the attention of the customers are key components.

Also, another key responsibility is to recommend the hiring of suitable candidates for the store and train them for their overall development to achieve their level best. He must act as a strong pillar of support and stand by his team at the hour of crisis.

 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years working experience working in a managerial position in the retail clothing industry
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to train staff in this area
  • Be able to be creative and innovative to generate increased sales and customer traffic
  • Good people management skills/be able to effectively manage the store’s staff and enable the building and sustaining of staff moral
