As a market leader, with significant growth opportunities, we are seeking an experienced COMMERCIAL MANAGER to lead the SALES and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT arms of the company.
If you are the COMMERCIAL MANAGER we are looking for and are interested in joining a high performance team with the opportunity to earn above industry standard remuneration, you must:
- Be able to proactively spot and pursue business opportunities
- Be capable of researching internal and external markets to identify current and changing consumer needs
- Be able to prepare sales budgets and sales plans
- Be able to prepare business proposals and tenders
- Be able to prepare business plans as when required
- Be able to lead, train and motivate a team to deliver results
- Be analytical and solution oriented
- Be able to work independently and be comfortable with working in a constantly changing environment
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Have a passion for sales and growing the top line revenue

- Be proficient in MS Office and able to adapt to new technology solutions
