GENERAL OBJECTIVES

The Consultant for The Revision of RHA Human Resource Management Policies is required to provide a revised package of human resource policies and procedural guidelines to guide the management of the human resources for health throughout the Regional Health Authorities.

  1. OBJECTIVES

To provide a revised package of human resource policies and procedural guidelines to guide the management of the human resources for health throughout the Regional Health Authorities.

 

  1. SCOPE OF SERVICES, TASKS AND EXPECTED DELIVERABLES

The consultant will specifically be responsible for the following:

  • Prepare a package of Human Resources Management Policies and Guidelines for the RHAs
  • Prepare implementation plan/schedule to guide the introduction, scale up and roll out of each policy or guideline identifying processes, roles responsibilities and any associated documentation to facilitate e.g. forms, reports etc.
  • Prepare Monitoring and evaluation plan for the set of policies and guidelines including a reporting and monitoring mechanism for capturing feedback (both implementing and user) on implementation for consideration at update times, to make adjustments to improve implementation and compliance.
  • Conduct sensitization and training sessions to inform all stakeholders according to their requirements i.e. implementations, beneficiaries etc
