Job Description: Core Winder Operator

The Core Winder Operator should be able to:

1. Operate paper converting machines which glue, wind, form and cut tubular paper cores to desired length, then dispense in storage bin.
2. Operate machines to supply tubular paper cores for use in the manufacture of hygienic paper products including bathroom tissue.
3. Clean and lubricate machine and perform other routine machine maintenance
4. Set up machines.
5. Any other related duties as required.

Employment requirements:

A Technician Diploma (MET or EEET) and Two (2) years of work experience in a manufacturing company.

Any equivalent combination of training and experience in the Paper Converting industry including recognized apprenticeship programs.
