CRM PROJECT MANAGER

Overview of the Role:

Seek a talented and experienced project manager to implement a CRM project. The project manager is responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines and supervising team members, is detail-oriented and highly organized.

As part of the team, you will:

• Develop a comprehensive project plan that merges customer requirements with company goals and coordinates various managers and technical personnel during all project phases through implementation.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management
• Lead management of change for this project

Essential qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:

• 5+ years in the IT field as a Project Manager
• Experience in implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
• Experience in implementing CRM platforms.
• Experience with at least one major CRM platform. This may include Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, SugarCRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience working on projects involving major SasS OEM vendors, including Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft or SAP
• Experience managing projects with complex web-based APIs.
• Proven track record leading complex technology programs that impact multiple organizations
• Excellent computer literacy skills
