JOB SUMMARY 

 To assist with all of the duties required by the Customer Service Representative, creating a culture of outstanding customer service, employee development and increasing shop sales; while upholding the Company’s Standards as set by Peppercorns as well as the Business Goals set by HADCO Limited. 

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS 

 This position reports to the Store Manager. 

 DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

  • Delivers consistent quality customer service. 
  • Demonstrates passion about his/her work and the products delivered. 
  • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge about all products. 
  • Work flexible hours and being punctual for all shifts. 
  • Manages the customer environment. 

 OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Ensures that all company rules and procedures are followed. 
  • Maintains a positive working environment so as to promote a culture of teamwork and respect. 
  • Ensures goods are properly received, accounted for; and all necessary documentation is forwarded. 
  • Conducts regular stock checks. 
  • Ensures the store is kept tidy and organized. 
  • Maintains the highest standards of ethics and integrity. 
  • Maintains the highest standards of personal conduct and personal hygiene. 
  • Ensures that the stock and products are of the highest quality. 
  • Promotes current in-store promotions.  
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask while serving customers.  
  • Highly organized, energetic with a strong commitment to outstanding customer service. 

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 3 CXC Ordinary Level passes 
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment 
  • Pleasant disposition and well mannered 
  • Team Player 

 REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS 

  • Certificate of Character 
  • Fully Vaccinated
