DATA ENTRY CLERK
Job Summary
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources into the designated database, ensuring that all necessary data is being entered and maintained. In addition, the Data Entry Clerk must verify and edit data as required.
Main Responsibilities
• Receives and processes invoices for payment and updates invoice details accordingly
• Accurately enters data into corresponding fields within various software programs
• Identifies and corrects data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
• Performs related tasks for example ordering office supplies and filing documents
• Manages and organizes records and files
• Prepares relevant reports as required
• Provides general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis
Minimum Requirements
• A minimum of five (5) CXC subjects of which MUST include Mathematics and English
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Professionalism in all interactions as it relates to the operations of the Company, and interactions with other members of staff as well as external parties.
• Ability to use initiative and prioritize
• Must maintain the confidentiality of all information
