DELIVERY DRIVERS (HEAVY T)

Job Brief

We are looking for a responsible refrigerated truck drivers to transport perishable cargo that must be kept in a vehicle with a refrigerated cargo section.

The driver is to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Interact with clients professionally at all times
• Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
• Responsible for the cleanliness of their vehicles
• Responsible for monitoring refrigeration levels to ensure that the cargo will not spoil in transit.

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
• Valid professional driver’s license Class 4 Heavy T
• Good driving record with no traffic violations

Refrigerated truck drivers perform basic vehicle maintenance. They may load and unload their cargo, and they may also need to keep records of their shipments. They are required to following all traffic laws using established routes so that deliveries are made on schedule.
