CEDI Holdings Limited (trading as Digiwireless) is a part of the Rahamut Group of Companies and have been operating as a Digicel Authorized Dealer for 14 years. We are a dynamic, fast paced, sales company that operate 13 Retail Digicel Authorized Dealer locations across Trinidad.

We are looking for a competent Digital Sales &Marketing Coordinator to support and build our organization’s digital sales and marketing channels in line with assigned sales targets and KPIs. You have to be well rounded with experience in applied digital marketing,proficient in establishing and implementing web designs and graphic design.You are creative and innovative, multimedia savvy and well-organized. You should have a firm grasp of the different digital touch points to enhance user experience and deliver on digital objectives.

• Planning and executing all digital sales and marketing initiatives to achieve set KPI which includes sales conversions
• Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure
• Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients
• Testing and improving the design of the website and establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards
• Good understanding and use of content management systems
• Practical experience inapplying search engine optimization principles
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
• Excellent visual design skillsand digital marketing materials
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
• Assist in planning online marketing initiatives and then executing
• Creating and managing mailing lists
• Handling product and service launches
• Creating and editing marketing material, sourcing images and artwork, updating online assets
• Researching market trends and user analysis to improve user experience

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years Digital Marketing Experience
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript
• Practical Web and Graphic Design Experience (Visual examples will have to be provided/references)
• Active on social media
• Knowledge of CMS
