CEDI Holdings Limited (trading as Digiwireless) is a part of the Rahamut Group of Companies and have been operating as a Digicel Authorized Dealer for 14 years. We are a dynamic, fast paced, sales company that operate 13 Retail Digicel Authorized Dealer locations across Trinidad. We are looking for talent that wants to be a part of a thriving sales team as a Direct Sales Agent

The Direct Sales Agent works as part of a sales driven, passionate sales team. Your duties are to meet assigned sales targets through household visits across various regions in Trinidad and Tobago (T&T) by assessing customers’ needs,guiding, advising, selling devices, products and service to them; offered by CEDI Holdings Limited and Digicel Trinidad and Tobago. Your success is measured by individual and team productivity. You must have a passion to for interacting with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.

 

SALES & TARGETS

  • Make visits to households in assigned walk routes across the various regions in T&T to promote and sell products and services offered by CEDI Holdings Limited and Digicel Trinidad and Tobago.
  • Meets and exceed all categories and criteria for monthly sales target and identify opportunities and execute strategic sales activities geared towards meeting targets
  • Present yourself in a professional manner and provide the highest level of customer satisfactionset out in the company guidelines at all times
  • Exploring customer needs and providing virtual demonstrations of the latest devices, accessories, Digicel plans and packages including Prepaid, Postpaid, Broadband products and services whilst upselling and cross selling
  • Showcase all new products and promotions highlighting the benefits and value to make them desirable to potential customers
  • Attends training sessions and meetings to acquire knowledge and learn new skills, processes and knowledge of systems

OPERATIONAL

  • Arrive promptly on time at agreed meeting points; it is best practice to be at work 15 minutes prior to opening time
  • Attend daily huddles
  • Compile end of day reports and complete all other required administrative duties as per company procedures
  • Accurately record prospect info and maintain listing to increase the sales pipeline
  • Accurately record/receipt customer transactions across product lines, application forms and acquire all documentation required
  • Provide relevant responses to customers concerns and requests accurately and in a timely manner and meet agreed feedback and response timelines promised to customers both pre-sale and post-sale

CASHING

  • Ensuring that all payments received are processed accurately on the point of sale system as per Process & Procedures
  • Tendering accurate payment types by cash, credit cards, debits. Issue receipts, accurate refunds, credits, or change due to customers and email all customer receipts
  • Responsible for end of day sales and reconciliation and reporting to the relevant department

 Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) C.X.C /G.C.E O’Level passes including Mathematics and English Language
  • Two (2) years experience in a sales and customer service-oriented environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally, in writing and proper telephone etiquette
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented approach to work
