Duties include:

• Driving and running a host of personal and company errands at Director’s request
• Making business and personal purchases and collections and delivery
• Assisting in the preparation of confidential documents
• Creating, maintaining and updating Director’s files
• Maintaining data soft and hard copy
• Note – taking
• Preparation of letters
• Conducting online searches
• Verification of information via email and telephone
• Preparing simple reports
• Deployment on the field when necessary
• Reporting to the Director
• Making phones calls, copies, scanning, binding and filing of documents
• Maintaining linkages with external stakeholders under the direction of the Director
• Working offsite with Consultants, Attorneys, Industrial Relations Representatives
• Other confidential and administrative duties as prescribed by the Director

• Must be able to perform secretarial duties, take notes, type emails and follow instructions
• Excellent Driver with a minimum of five (5) years driving experience
• Must be willing to learn protocols and procedures set out by the Director

Minimum requirements:

• Ownership of a vehicle in proper working condition evidenced by certified copy
• CSEC qualifications
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Programmes, namely Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of other programmes will be an asset
• Any additional qualification that can increase your ability to deliver
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to learn
• Ability to drive
• Some knowledge of graphic art an asset
• Excellent Driver with a minimum of five (5) years driving experience.
• Two (2) written and signed recommendations/character references from either from previous secondary school teachers, church leaders, community police or principal (Mandatory)
• Attach copies of original certificates (Mandatory)
