EXPORT MANAGER

Job Description:

• Design and implement a strategic Business Plan that expands the Company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Manage delivery of products from Factories to Ports and entry abroad.
• Participates in developing periodic Export Sales and Operations Plans.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Export Team.
• Evaluates and qualifies Export markets and opportunities through market analysis.
• Plan, manage and review the monthly sales achievements and ensure that areas of concern are identified and recovered in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement plans for increasing market share through brand awareness, new product development and advertising.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of the Export Cycle, documentation, and Customs clearance.
• Strong Leadership and Managerial skills.
• Excellent Sales and Negotiations skills.
• Good planning, communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent understanding of logistics.
• Ability to speak Spanish would be asset.
