As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of our facilities ensuring that buildings and infrastructure are well-maintained, compliant with safety regulations, and provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all.
REQUIREMENTS
Oversee the routine and preventive maintenance of all facilities
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and longevity of buildings and infrastructure.
Coordinate and be responsible for all repairs and renovations.
Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
Implement and maintain emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
Prepare and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Monitor and control maintenance and operational expenses.
Lead and supervise a team of maintenance and facilities staff
Provide training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure quality service.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field
Must possess a Diploma in supervisory management
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management
