Conduct facility upgrades, remodeling, construction and maintenance
Inform Supervisor of the functional integrity of the building and facilities services
Provide recommendations regarding building structures, alterations, additions to fixtures and fittings
Assist in the development of budget proposals in respect of the provision of facilities management services;
Prepare documents and contract specifications for facilities management contract services;
Complete maintenance logs and schedules accurately and timely;
Perform any other related duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Building construction and maintenance work, codes and standards;
Methods, materials and equipment used in upgrades, preventative maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment;
Considerable knowledge of the OSHA as it pertains to facilities management
QUALIFICATION
Technician’s Diploma in Facilities Management or a related field;
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing facilities management duties.
