Applications are invited for the position of FACILITIES TECHNICIAN (CONTRACT)
in the ADMINISTRATION DIVISION.
DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES
To execute the designing of floor plans, updating TTBS floor plans as necessary and coordinating and monitoring of projects with contractors. The incumbent would be responsible for maintaining routine inspections of building services, installations and systems (electrical, plumbing and air conditioning.)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A Technician’s Diploma and/or an Associate Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other related areas. Also a National Craftsman’s Certificate or its equivalent in the following: Air Conditioning, Electrical and Plumbing. At least three (3) years experience in a maintenance environment. Working knowledge of project management skills. Knowledge of OSH Act and Health and Safety principles and practices. Ability to work with and create technical drawings; working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic evaluation and measurement skills.
