-Manage budgets and expenses for the food and beverage department.
-Train and monitor staff in department.
-Handle any customer concerns or grievances when necessary.
-Work in collaboration with the kitchen and sales department to plan and schedule events and functions in the hotel
-Work in a hands on capacity when necessary.
-Must have five (5) O’levels (Math &English included)
-Must have a valid food badge.
-Must be able to work shifts and when needed.
Must have at least two (2) years working experience in the capacity as a food and beverage supervisor.
