Overview

AD Ventures Limited is seeking an experienced and passionate candidate to work within the Investments and Group Asset Management team performing analysis and communicating the results of the analysis to the Management Team, the Group Finance Director, Executive Chairman and the Board of Directors.

The position will be expected to work on a multitude of investment projects ranging from new real-estate opportunities, acquisitions (partial and full), financing and structured financing and overseeing projects across the Group. Therefore a critical requirement for this position is a proven track record in financial analysis and reporting.

The candidate will be a key member of our team who will enhance the analytical strength of the organization and will work cross-functionally along with the Management Team to understand all aspects of group businesses, leveraging an analytical mindset to assist in strategic initiatives for the organization


What You Will Do

  1. Analyse detailed corporate and financial information for AD Ventures’ investments, assets, upcoming investment projects and other ventures working closely with the respective Management Team to build financial models and prepare presentation materials and other deliverables as required.
  2. Analyze and evaluate financial data for potential acquisitions, joint-ventures, partnerships, and other investment opportunities recommending deal execution, projecting future earnings, and reporting portfolio performance to inform decisions and deal proposals.
  3. Prepare financial documents for presentation to Executives, Board of Directors and financing partners on various investments inter alia, bank applications, information memoranda and prospectuses.
  4. Develop a sound investment policy aligned to the Group’s strategy and investment criterion for evaluating prospective projects.
  5. Review and analyze all post deal and investment transactions for process and future deal structuring improvements.
  6. Review and understand commercial and legal documents with the ability to identify risks and risk mitigants to ensure that underlying financial metrics would be met.
  7. Support performance reporting and partnership management within the Group and other key relationships.
  8. Engage in regular market research keeping abreast of pertinent local and international economic developments, current events and other important trends as it pertains to the Group’s current portfolio and future projects
