JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of the Human Resources Generalist is to provide high level administrative support through performing a variety of confidential Administrative and Human Resource duties.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
This position reports to the Group Chief Human Resources Officer and the Group Human Resources Manager directly.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties as assigned by the Group Chief Human Resources Officer that may be deemed essential for the effective functioning of the HR Department.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience with an HR Department.
2. Associates Degree HRM or Psychology.
