Our company currently has an opening for an experienced Human Resource Officer. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and maintaining our human resource requirements across all our storefronts, administrative offices, and warehouse locations, in alignment with the strategic direction and vision.
The HR officer is responsible for processing all disciplinary matters whilst meeting all industrial relations requirements.
This involves planning, implementing, and enforcing all systems and operational procedures, succession planning, talent management, training and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits amongst other significant key areas of focus. The successful applicant will report directly to Senior Management.
