ICS OFFICER – MORVANT

Position Summary: To provide on-going ICS support and ensure the efficient operation and use of computerized client information systems and resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Responsible for Help Desk support request by users:

• Hardware – computers, printers, telephones
• Software – Office365, CDK, TSD, QPulse, Other
• Site visit request – Port of Spain, Maraval, Piarco

2.Responsible for administration of Windows Server Environment

• Applications Servers – Qpulse, Ace, Micropay, Other
• File and Domain Controller

3.Responsible for maintenance of network infrastructure and other equipment:

• Liaising with vendors
• Monitoring network activity

4.Responsible for maintenance of parts software:

• Hyundai, Nissan, Subaru, Volkswagen, MG

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
• MCSE/ A+ Certification
• At least 2 years working in a Windows Network Environment

• Driver’s License will be an asset
