PURPOSE OF JOB

 The International Business Growth, Digital and Brand Experience Manager is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing and sales strategies to meet organizational objectives for Unipet and its subsidiary company in the modern age of social media and consumer behavior, across international markets. The incumbent must be a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and creating positive brand experiences, utilizing data science, big data analytics, and industry-specific knowledge in fintech solutions, renewable energy products and services, automatic vending, retail and software solutions as a service.

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Utilize data science and industry-specific knowledge to analyze customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to inform marketing and sales strategies for fintech solutions, renewable energy products and services, automatic vending, retail and software solutions as a service in international markets.
  • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute and optimize performance using data and analytics.
  • Develop and implement strategies for international business growth including identifying and analyzing new markets and opportunities for the company to expand its business globally. This would involve conducting market research, developing business plans, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Building and managing a strong brand image of the company in international markets. This also entails developing and implementing branding strategies, managing the company’s online and offline presence, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and manage partnerships and collaborations with other businesses and organizations to support the company’s international growth and brand image. This would involve negotiating partnerships, developing joint marketing campaigns, and managing relationships with key partners.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics. This would involve using data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing a team of professionals to achieve the company’s international growth and brand experience objectives. This includes setting goals, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance.

 

EXPERIENCE/ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in a global setting.
  • Proficient in the use of various digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements, with qualifications and experience in data analysis, big data analytics, and utilizing data science in decision making, specifically in the fintech, renewable energy, automatic vending, retail and software solutions as a service.
  • Strong knowledge of data science, big data analytics, and industry-specific knowledge in fintech solutions, renewable energy products and services, automatic vending, retail, and software solutions as a service.
  • Proven track record of achieving international sales targets, driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and creating positive brand experiences.
  • Proven experience in customer and market research, utilizing data and analytics to inform strategies.
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge in fintech, renewable energy, automatic vending, retail and software solutions as a service.
  • Experience in international business development and Managing international projects.

  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in international business, fluency in at least one foreign language
