Machine Operator

(Blow Molding & Heating Machine)

Job Responsibility:

• Setting up and operating the blow molding machine to produce plastic bottles according to specified standards and requirements.

• Monitoring the production process and conducting quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

• Performing routine maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning.

• Troubleshooting and addressing issues related to the production process or machine performance.

• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of five (5) ordinary level passes, including Mathematics and English.

• Proven experience as a Blow Molding & Heating Machine Operator.

• Technical knowledge of blow molding & heating equipment and processes.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

• Physical stamina for tasks that may involve standing and lifting.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in production schedules or machine settings.
