Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend to internal and external customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Manage customer service through quality checks, follow-ups and feedback.
• Prepare presentations for customers and sales team on products being marketed.
• Implement brands’ marketing plan.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and marketing mix used by competitors.
• Undertake marketing audits to monitor sales progress.
• Coordinate and implement approved public relations projects.
• Manage online presence on social media platforms and work with the Digital Marketing Assistant to develop creative marketing messages.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative promotional opportunities and campaigns.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Assistant to ensure all marketing materials are current and adhere to corporate messaging standards.
• Ensure product visibility at all locations.

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management or related field.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

• Five (5) years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods industry.
• Strong program knowledge (Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite).

• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of consumer and market trends and the ability to respond to changes.

• Written and verbal communication skills.
