JOB SUMMARY
For the position of MarketPlace Manager, you must have five (5) years or more experience in the Supermarket/Grocery Operations. The incumbent must be able to procure goods and supplies from various distributors. Must be able to set-up and maintain inventory for same. Must be able to manage and supervise All Staff relating to the Operations.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND APTITUDE
Must have an extremely positive attitude and good leadership qualities. Must have excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent time management and planning skills.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have Qualifications in either Procurement, Accounting or Marketing.
Must have a secondary school education with five (5) or more Secondary Level Passes.
Preferably have a minimum of five (5) year’s relevant experience in the
Supermarket/Grocery industry.
EXPECTED SALARY: $7,500 to $8,000 a month to commensurate with qualifications and experience, other benefits included with final package.
