POSITION: MARKETPLACE SOUS CHEFS
The incumbent must be able to assume responsibility for developing cuisines and concepts as required. He/She must be capable of producing bottom line results through creative menu planning and execution, in conjunction with motivating kitchen staff towards maintaining high standards in all aspects of the business.

EXPECTED SALARY: $40 to $45 per hour to commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience. Other benefits will apply based on qualifications.
