POSITION:  MARKETPLACE SOUS CHEFS

LOCATION:  SAN FERNANDO

 

  • Reports to: OPERATIONS MANAGER/GENERAL MANAGER

 

 

JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent must be able to assume responsibility for developing cuisines and concepts as required. He/She must be capable of producing bottom line results through creative menu planning and execution, in conjunction with motivating kitchen staff towards maintaining high standards in all aspects of the business.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND APTITUDE

  • Must have professional cooking and creative food presentation skills. Must have excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent time management and planning skills.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must have a diploma and/or five (5) years’ experience in similar position.
  • Must have a secondary school education with five (5) or more Secondary Level Passes.

 

EXPECTED SALARY: $40 to $45 per hour to commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience. Other benefits will apply based on qualifications.
