Mechanical Construction Foreman  

A well-established Construction Company in Point Lisas is looking for a dedicated and  experienced Mechanical Construction Foreman to join our team.  

As a Mechanical Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the  installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems on construction sites.  

Key Responsibilities  

 Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanical construction teams. 

 Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.  

 Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.  

 Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.  

 Coordinate with project managers and engineers.  

 Inspect work for quality and adherence to specifications.  

 Train and mentor team members.  

 Resolve any issues or conflicts on site.  

Qualification / Experience  

 Diploma in mechanical engineering or related field or 

 3-5 years in mechanical construction will be considered an asset 

 Excellent leadership and communication skills.  

 Ability to read and interpret blueprints.  

 Commitment to safety and quality.  

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  

 Relevant certifications or licenses.  

 Strong problem-solving skills.
