Overview

Grow volume and revenue in the accounts assigned to a route.

Sell existing accounts and provide high quality customer service.


What You Will Do

    • Volume achieved versus plan
    • Sales Development Objectives achieved versus plan
    • Compliance to Store Merchandising agreements
    • Revenue achieved versus plan (if available)
    • Maintain Accounts Receivable balances within standard (if applicable)
    • Condition of customer outlets during Work-Withs and trade visits
    • Productivity targets achieved:
    1. Accounts serviced as scheduled
    2. Drop size
    3. Cases delivered versus ordered (pre-sell)
    • Key Performance Indicator tracking up to date & accurate
    • Accurate audits completed as requested
    • Achieve volume plan by selling all accounts on your assigned route per identified schedule.
    • Sell and Execute all authorized products, packages and promotions.
    • Solicit/sell all marketing equipment and additional selling displays.
    • Obtain best-selling position in the account.
    • Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed
    • Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability of all authorized products.
    • Ensure all assigned outlets fully comply with Store performance requirements.
    • Execute the Merchandising Standards established for the market and specific customers.
    • Ensure merchandisers fill and rotate all shelf, displays and equipment to company standards.
    • Ensure all products are properly priced.
    • Utilize point of purchase material per merchandising standards.
    • Record accurate measures of performance.
    • Participate in problem solving meetings.
    • Perform Store Compliance audits and Price Surveys

Requirements:

  1. 5 CXC Passes including Mathematics and English.
  2. Diploma in Sales, Business, Marketing or related field would be considered an asset.
  3. Valid Driver’s License.
  4. Access to a reliable working vehicle.
  5. A minimum of 1 years’ working experience in Sales and Distribution in the Beverage industry.
  6. Knowledge of Tobago´s Geography and Road network would be considered an asset.
