PRODUCTION WORKER

KEY FUNCTIONS

Responsible for performing production work on company’s production lines in accordance with established operating performance targets, procedures and guidelines.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assure that daily/weekly schedules are completed.
2. Assure that work practices are within the guidelines of OSHA standards.
3. Assure all products are produced to the highest standard of quality.
4. Follow all company rules and policies.
5. Follow all safety rules and ISO requirements.
6. Maintain work area to ensure that it is clean and organized.
7. Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
8. Must be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed.
9. Perform other related duties as required by the job function.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Secondary School Education preferred.
• Knowledge of a Fish Processing Plant would be an asset.
• Ability to read and write.
