Property and Maintenance Assistant
To be responsible for the following duties associated with property and building facilities:
* Routine Maintenance of all air-conditioning, Garden, Pool, Pest control, Elevator, Generator equipment etc. | |
Ensure maintenance is carried out to standard and verified, and to keep | |
updated records; liaise with supplier and tenant to conduct visits | |
Any repair arising out of maintenance to be identified, verified, | |
quotation obtained & followed through | |
To include contract renewals, licenses and annual inspections | |
* Minor Repairs – Plumbing, Electrical, Masonry, Appliance, Leaks etc | |
To identify, verify, obtaining quotations, compare, negotiate etc | |
* Project & Building Renovation support | |
Procurement, Project Coordination, Site Visits | |
* Tenancy Changeovers – (Commencement & Termination of tenancy) | |

in readiness for occupancy (procurement, negotiation, and follow through) | |
* Property Marketing – Listing vacant/ soon to be vacant properties; | |
providing literature to agents, | |
Assistance with conducting showings to potential clients | |
* Maintenance of Office Stationery and Donations | |
* Co-ordination of Office Courier and assisting with logistics | |
* General Filing & Any other assistance required by Management |
