Pursuit Support Manager

 

Position summary

We’re after a Pursuit Support Manager to lead pursuits for our most important clients and opportunities. Are you in?

What will your typical day look like?

You hold a key role in the development and leadership of pursuits for our most important clients and opportunities, within our Risk Advisory service offering. You are involved in pursuit strategy development, evaluations of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), drafting proposal response content to ensure highest quality and impact, engaging with leadership and supporting the team throughout the process. You are energized by managing complex pursuit opportunities and delivering client service excellence.

You are someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience in proposals, and strategic sales and marketing
  • 5+ years’ experience managing proposals for public and private sector clients, preferably within a professional services firm or large-scale business
  • Keen attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills, with the ability to read a situation and adapt leadership style to achieve results
  • Proven ability to problem solve and take initiative in order to quickly gain the trust of others and be viewed as a leader of the proposal process
