JOB SUMMARY

As Supervisor you must competently exercise the responsibilities of supervising both the operations and customer service areas of the restaurant. It is expected of you to understand and maintain the company’s rules, policies and procedures. You are also expected to maintain good staff moral and delegate responsibilities to staff in an efficient and professional manner.

 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND APTITUDE

  • Must have an extremely positive attitude and good leadership qualities. Must have excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent time management and planning skills.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must have 3 years and more supervisory experience, preferably in the Food Industry Must possess sound secondary education.
  • Must possess leadership qualities. Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be kind, courteous and efficient. Good oral and written skills

 

 

 

EXPECTED SALARY: $35-$40 per hour to commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience, other benefits included with final package
