What will your typical day look like?

You assist with a range of internal audit activities including planning and conducting audits, conducting risk assessments and developing audit plans. You are responsible for audits from planning to reporting, interacting with internal clients along various phases of the audit life cycle. You assist with monitoring actions and mitigation activities identified.

You assist with implementing, monitoring and reporting on the Business Continuity and Crisis Management plans and policies for the CBC. You complete risk assessments and analyses for all offices and functions across the CBC. You maintain and follow up on action items from Business Continuity and Crisis Management activities and liaise with Teams across the CBC. You assist with training delivery for Business Continuity and Crisis Management teams.

Our CBC Risk & Compliance Center (RCC) team drives, monitors and reports on the Firm’s Risk Management and Compliance, providing Internal Audit, Business Continuity & Crisis Management services internally.

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Business or risk related field)
  • ACCA, ACA, CA, CIA, CISM, CISA, or other relevant professional designation
  • At least 3 years of internal audit experience or controls assurance is essential

Preferred

  • Professional services Firm experience
  • Knowledge and experience planning and executing reviews of IT and Cyber Security controls
  • Experience with disaster recovery or business continuity management for an organization
