Sales Representative

A distribution company in the paper and printing industry is seeking suitable candidates for the position of Sales Representative.

Key responsibilities: 

• Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts.
• Submit and process quotations and orders.
• Follow up on sales orders ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely manner.
• Complete various reports.
• Conduct market research.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
• Ensure that products are well presented in stores and company owned racks are maintained.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Assist with financial collections.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Five (5) CXC passes inclusive of Mathematics and English Language.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ Sales experience in the Paper and Printing Industry will be considered an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must own a well maintained, reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Excellent customer service skills.
