Hadco Limited is looking for a Sales Representative for its Food Service Department.
JOB SUMMARY
This position is geared towards the sales growth and development of HADCO Group in the Food Service industry in Trinidad and Tobago. The Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions and assists in managing the quality of service delivered.
The Sales Representative must also manage all merchandisers to provide quality service to the customers as required.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Responsible for Increasing sales with both new and existing customers.
2. Responsible for observing the policy on catalogue pricing and any variation therefrom.
3. Responsible for ensuring that any variation in catalogue pricing is approved by the Group Co-Chief Executive Officer and recorded in writing.
4. Responsible for the processing of customers’ orders via telephone, walk-in and /or business place.
5. Responsible for regular site visits .
6. Responsible for following up on collections of payments for all Food Service customers.
7. Responsible for communicating information about products, prices, services, availability and service to customers.
8. Responsible for handling all customers’ requests, queries and concerns.
9. Responsible for following through of customers’ orders until delivery is completed.
10. Responsible for processing customers’ sales product reports.
11. Responsible for updating personal and customers’ price lists in accordance with the Company catalogue and policy on variation from catalogue pricing.
12. Responsible for communicating the movement of products to management.
13. Responsible for supervision and coordination of functions among all in-house food service representatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Three (3) Ordinary Level CXC passes in Mathematics, English and any other related subjects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proficiency in computer literacy Microsoft Office and Outlook.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in sales or a related field.
3. Knowledge of sales procedures and customer service training.
4. Pleasant disposition and well mannered.
5. Must be able to keep information confidential.
