As a market leader, with significant growth opportunities, we are seeking an experienced SALES SUPERVISOR to successfully mentor and lead our Sales Team and to assist in meeting and surpassing set quotas.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the sales team
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
  • Developing pipeline of leads to funnel revenue growth to support meeting quota
  • Using your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers pre- sale to post sale
  • Staying current with new products/services, product line extensions and changes in customer behaviors
  • Understanding and responding to competitive strategies
  • Assisting the Marketing Team with brand development
  • Coordinating and leading training as/when necessary
