Overview

To support the timely, accurate and top-quality loading of delivery vehicles and export containers by working with Forklift Drivers, Warehouse Attendants and Export Loaders on the loading process. To check that delivery vehicles are accurately loaded at the end of loading. To check and report on physical stock and investigate physical stock differences. To act in the place of the Finished Goods Supervisor Dispatch in the event of any absence of the Finished Goods Supervisor Dispatch.


What You Will Do

  1. Acts as the Finished Goods Supervisor Dispatch in any absence of the Supervisor (full or part shift).
  2. Reviews load plans and adjusts for efficient loading and best offloading by delivery teams.
  3. Arranges with Warehouse Attendants to deliver small quantity products to walk-in customer vehicles.
  4. Inspects physical conditions of vehicles to be loaded, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations.
  5. Monitors the work of Warehouse Attendants, Export Loaders and Forklift Drivers in preparing pallets and loading local delivery vehicles and containers and advises corrective action as necessary.
  6. Checks for correct quantity of products while pallets are being prepared, when products are being loaded and on completion of loading.
  7. Follows up that products on delivery vehicles are secured after loading.
  8. Counts stock in the Staging Areas at the beginning and end of each shift and at other times as may be necessary.
  9. Records information related to the sorting, counting and movement of the products and materials.
  10. Ensures proper stock rotation according to the rotation policy – FIFO or LIFO
  11. Keeps products and materials organized and separated in designated areas.
  12. Follows up that Warehouse Attendants, Export Loaders and Forklift Drivers make records of stock movements as they happen.
  13. Arranges for the separation of any damaged products and informs the Supervisor.
  14. Adjusts the quantities in the company systems where physical loads are different from expected and physical loads cannot be corrected.
  15. Assists with the balancing and reconciliation of physical stocks in the Staging Areas.

Requirements:

  • Heavy Truck Driving License.
  • Fork Lift Driving Certificate.
  • CXC’s including Math and English is an asset.
  • Must be able to work shifts.
