JOB SUMMARY

To conduct all of the duties required by the Roving Manager, creating a culture of outstanding customer service, employee development and increasing shop sales; while upholding the Company Standards as set by Peppercorns as well as the Business Goals set by HADCO Limited.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

This position reports directly to the General Manager – Mr. Amrish Ramgobin.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Delivers quality customer service consistently.
  • Over sees operations in both stores and reports any issues to the General Manager.
  • Demonstrates Passion about his/her work, and the products sold.
  • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge about all Products.
  • Manages the Customer Environment.
  • Work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays, being punctual for all shifts.
  • Manages and maintains proper stock levels.
  • Timely ordering of local and warehouse goods.
  • Liaising with local suppliers when expired items are returned from stores to receive either credit or replacement
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervises Staff and ensures that all company rules and procedures are followed.
  • Maintains a positive working environment so as to promote a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Ensures that all new employees receive relevant training at the store.
  • Completes the Weekly Staff Schedule.
  • Conducts Shift Meetings especially before busy periods.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3 CXC Ordinary Level passes
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Pleasant disposition and well mannered
  • Team Player
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 CXC Ordinary Level Passes
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service environment and a supervisory position.
  •   Ability to multitask well
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
  • Certificate of Character
  • Fully vaccinated
