Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Improve overall sales performance of store.
- Train staff re: operations of store.
- Supervise all staff in accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure that employees maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with customers
- Provide feedback to management on all issues
- Ensure that stock checks are done on a daily basis
- Excellent customer service
- Must have the ability to supervise and engage employees
- Must be regular and punctual for work
- Ability to use discretion when dealing with customers and employees
- Able to work well under pressure/fast-pace environment
- Be a team player with positive work ethic and a strong commitment to growth and development.
- The individual must be able to receive and decipher instructions.
- Communicate courteously and effectively with customers at all levels.
