What will your typical day look like?
As a Learning Coordinator/Senior Coordinator, you play an integral role supporting the learning programs across our organization.  You work closely with Learning Committees and Talent Advisors to coordinate training logistics such as course materials, attendance, and coordinating program facilitators. You develop and maintain centralized learning calendars and learning reports and ensure adherence with our programs and learning requirements. You may get involved with broader talent initiatives such as new hire orientation and general HR support. You will have the opportunity to lead, liaise with our Global Learning Administrative Services, and work alongside cross functional teams internationally across six offices in the Caribbean and Bermuda region.

You are someone with:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development or a related field; preference given within a professional services firm or highly matrixed organization.
  • Working towards a relevant professional certificate or qualification (i.e., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CPHR, or PMP) is an asset.
  • Experience with system user education.
  • Experience working with a learning management system is preferred.
  • Experience working in an environment of pressing deadlines, changing priorities; working well under pressure, ambiguity, and multi-tasking on a daily basis.
