What will your typical day look like?
As the Learning Manager you are responsible for leading efforts in driving learning priorities and ensuring alignment with global and CBC learning strategies to meet the needs of the business. This includes working with learning committees to identify learning needs, coordinating training, creating training material, and reporting. In your role, you collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive momentum and ensure successful course roll out. As a leader on the team, you coach junior team members, and you are regarded as a senior point of contact for training and development across the CBC. You are passionate about learning and understand its role in business development.

You are someone with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 6 years relevant Human Resources and learning and development experience.
- Possess or working towards a relevant professional certificate or qualification (i.e. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or CPHR).
- Experience delivering the full cycle of project management accountabilities.
- Experience working in an environment of pressing deadlines, changing priorities; working well under pressure, ambiguity, and multi-tasking on a daily basis.
Preferred:
- Experience working in the professional services industry.
