Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tenders Assistant to join our Procurement Department. In this role, you will support the preparation and management of tenders, quotations, and proposals, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. You will assist with sourcing international suppliers, calculating brokerage and freight costs, and coordinating submission timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare tender documents, quotations, and proposals in line with SOPs.
– Source items from international suppliers and assess pricing for cost competitiveness.
– Calculate landing costs, including brokerage and freight.
– Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with all documentation standards.
– Coordinate with HSE, procurement, and operations teams for smooth bid preparation.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
– Experience in procurement, tendering, or administration.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
