Trade Development Supervisor

Overview

The Trade Development Supervisor is responsible for leading and coaching a Sales Team with the goal to grow volume, revenue and profitability of existing accounts, securing new accounts and ensuring expected revenue and sales objectives are met.


What You Will Do

  1. Achieve volume & profit plan by ensuring existing accounts and new accounts are called on in an effective manner.
  2. Conduct regular market visits to ensure all merchandising standards are effectively executed by the team.
  3. Execute and close all sales calls.
  4. Sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance.
  5. Sell in incremental displays and equipment placements.
  6. In connection with a sales call, maintain appropriate inventory levels, maintain company assets and point of sale, ensure account meets Company merchandising standards.
  7. Determine stores’ product needs, place and transmit appropriate order.
  8. Maintain a physical presence in the territory to monitor execution and ensure understanding of customer’s needs.
  9. Coach, teach and train Pre-sellers and Merchandisers to successfully deliver results.
  10. Drive improvement and collaborate with key stakeholders to grow market share and develop employees.
