We utilize WebTMA to streamline our maintenance  management processes and are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in  administering the system and supporting our planning and auditing functions. 

Position Overview: The WebTMA Administrator & Planning/Auditing Assistants will be  responsible for the administration of the WebTMA system, including data management and user support. In addition, the role will involve assisting with planning, scheduling,  and auditing tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly and in compliance with all  relevant standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

WebTMA Administration: 

  • Manage and maintain the WebTMA system, ensuring data integrity and  system functionality. 
  • Configure and customize WebTMA modules to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide user training and support to ensure efficient use of the system. o Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT support as needed.

 Planning & Scheduling: 

  • Assist in developing and maintaining maintenance schedules using  WebTMA. 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all planned tasks are  executed on time.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to optimize workflow and  resource allocation. 

 

Auditing & Compliance: 

  • Assist in the auditing of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with  internal policies and industry standards. 
  • Generate reports and analyze data within WebTMA to identify trends and  areas for improvement. 
  • Support the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in administering WebTMA or similar CMMS systems. Strong understanding of maintenance management principles. Excellent organizational and planning skills. 
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team  environment. 
  • Experience with auditing processes and compliance standards is a plus.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Familiarity with facilities management or maintenance operations. Technical skills related to system configuration and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in training users on software systems.
